This wine comes from Valencia, region of Spain. D.O. Utiel-Requena.
Vineyards are planted on fairly flat ground. The soil is brown with high limestone content, healthy and permeable although low in organic content. Continental climate with cold winters and frequent extreme summers give singular wines.
Fermentation at a controlled temperature then the wine is aged in oak barrels for several months. It rests in bottle to ensure a complete harmonised maturation.

Ce vin provient de Valence, région d’Espagne. D.O. Utiel-Requena. Les vignobles sont plantés sur un terrain assez plat. Le sol est brun à haute teneur en calcaire, sain et perméable bien que faible teneur en matière organique. Climat continental avec des hivers froids et des étés extrêmes fréquents donnent des vins singuliers.Fermentation à température contrôlée puis le vin est élevé en fûts de chêne pendant plusieurs mois. Il repose dans la bouteille pour assurer une maturation complète harmonisée. |

High intensity Cherry Colour with a violet rim which indicates its long and controlled maceration. Wild fruits, with spicy notes, vanilla background from its armony integration in good wood. On the palate its full bodied, long presistent overtones. Retronasal aromas of fruits accompanied by sweet tannin ripeness and integrated into the structure of the wine, which gives it an elegance and a long finish in mouth. | Serve between 15°C and 18°CRecommended for: all kinds of tapas, pates, veal, pork, lamb, chicken, pasta, cheese. |
